WebJan 5, 2024 · I need to turn it off, wait 5-10 seconds until all lights on the motherboard turn off, then back to on. That's the only way it will work. So after turning the power supply off and on, then being able to boot into BIOS, I hit F5 and restore everything to defaults. After this the PC boots fine (tested multiple times). WebJun 10, 2024 · The only circumstance I know of where the PSU would cause a system restart is if you exceed the power it can supply. 750W is enough, I don't know about the per rail supply though. I've been very skeptical that it was actually the power supply causing this, do you think it could possibly be a ram issue?

WebJun 23, 2024 · If the issue persists then it means that the power supply is ok. One thing you can check is if everything is seated properly and all the wires are connected tightly. Loosely connected cables may be causing the intermittent reboot issues.
