Webb27 apr. 2024 · Both find the Plex server, and both show the default media folders that it created. When I click on Videos, the Hopper looks like it is searching for files, but never shows anything. The Blu-Ray player says it is unable to communicate with the server, even though it located the folders. Any suggestions? If you don’t yet have a movie folder, you need to add a library. Adding a library for Plex is simple.

I am following the naming and directory convention recommended by Plex. I have tried re-starting the Jail. I have tried re-adding the library in Plex. After sorting the files, select all the media files -> Drag and drop them to the Plex Media Server. If the pop-up window appears, click Confirm. It takes a few seconds to upload the media files.
