Look for Looksmenu and see if it is unticked. If so, select it to tick it. Unfortunately next time you run the game it will become unticked, so if you think you are gonna be makin ya bitch look fine...remember to tick it before you load your save

UAC is a big problem with a lot of modding tools and this folder is one such case. If you could move your Steam install out of there and see if that is the reason. Click Preset and then click the one you want to apply.
